No, pick-up is free.

No. Due to insurance restrictions, our staff cannot assist with loading. Please bring a vehicle large enough for heavy, oversized boxes.

Yes. We offer virtual installation support and carry spare parts for all shower doors.

Returns are accepted within 1 week of purchase. The item must be returned to the warehouse in original condition.
Unopened box: 20% restocking fee
Opened box (no damage/missing parts): 50% restocking fee

Yes. All products installed by Dulles Glass are covered for 1 year from pick-up or delivery.

No. Warranty is valid only for the original purchaser.

Shower Doors FAQs

Before we can measure your shower enclosure, the shower floor and all tilework (not just a tile sill) must be completed.

Once initiated, our manufacturing process for frameless glass shower doors will be completed in 5 to 7 business days. We temper and polish glass on site, so we never have to wait for anyone else to make something for us. When your glass is ready for installation, we will call you to schedule your installation. Your appointment can be scheduled within days.

Our online installation quotes are approximate estimates and very close to the final product quote that can be used for budgeting purposes. In order to provide you with a final quote, our shower door technician will come out and take exact measurements.
