DullesGlass Price Match Guarantee Policy

Effective Date: April 17, 2023

• The product must be the matching product, model number, and color to qualify. The product must also be a new product.
• Immediately available at a qualifying online retailer, or a local competitor.
• We match local retail competitors (including their online prices) and these qualifying online retailers: Amazon.com, Ebay.com, and Walmart.com

Exclusions apply including, but not limited to, items sold by Marketplace vendors, competitors’ service prices, special daily or hourly sales, and items for sale the Friday before Thanksgiving Day through the Monday after Thanksgiving. Dulles Glass reserves the right to accept or reject any presented quote at its own discretion.

1. Find a Qualifying Product.
 

Find a qualifying product that you want to price match. Make sure the product you would like to price match is an immediately available new product and is identical to our competitor's product (it must be a matching product with an identical model number and color). 

2. Email or Call to Request a Price Match from your Sales Rep

Please be prepared to direct us to the PDF, ad, or website that is displaying the current lower price you would like to match. Call us at 866-452-7707, press #2

3. Show Us in Store

Visit any Dulles Glass Showroom Store Location and present the qualifying competitor's ad or website, with the lower price that is still in effect, to any of our sales associates. We will then review and verify the price match request.

• At the time of sale, we price match all local retail competitors (including their online prices), and we price match products shipped from and sold by these major online retailers: Amazon.com, Ebay.com and Walmart.com
• We match our online and in-store prices
• If we lower our in-store or online prices during the return and exchange period, we will match our lower price, upon request.
• Our Price Match Guarantee covers new items (excludes clearance, refurbished, and open-box items). One price match at the time of purchase, per identical item, per customer, at the current pre-tax price available to all customers is allowed.

• The online prices of retailers are not listed in the Special Considerations section.
• Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on websites.
• Pricing is only available to select groups of customers including Membership Program members, loyalty offers, discounts relating to non-warehouse membership or paid loyalty programs, and government exchange store offers.
• Transactions from eBay, or re-sellers sites.
• Competitor offers are denoted as Black Friday pricing and special daily or hourly sales.
• Any financing offers, bundle offers, items included in bundle offers, subscription services,  free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, coupon offers, items that are advertised as limited quantity, out-of-stock items, clearance items, open-box items, refurbished items, pre-owned items, credit card offers, gift card offers, items included in gift card offers, Point of Sale Activation cards, and items for sale the Friday before Thanksgiving Day through the Monday after Thanksgiving, whether offered by us or a competitor.
• Rebates; free offers; Buy 1, Get 1 offer; Buy More, Save More offers; sales tax promotions or tax-free events; or specific one-time-only promotions, including seasonal promotions (e.g., Spring Black Friday, Black Friday, and various holiday promotions), special events and/or bundle offers
• Dulles Glass Price Match can’t be combined with any other Dulles Glass offer, promotion, discount, or coupon.
• Dulles Glass reserves the right to limit requests to reasonable quantities.
• Pricing from bid and auction websites
• Sales tax is excluded.
• Advertising pricing errors or misprints
• Credit terms and finance offers
