Once you receive your estimated quote; agree to all terms and conditions and would like to proceed with the order, we require a 50% deposit of the total estimated cost which can be paid on the quote link you will receive. Please note that this deposit is fully refundable if your design and costs change and if you change your mind for any reason before the final approval. Once we receive your deposit, we will schedule a technician visit to measure your project site within 1-3 business days.

All tile work must be completed before we can measure for glass. Once the space is ready and an appointment time is confirmed, measurement technicians normally arrive within 30 minutes of the promised time and call 30 minutes before arrival. Measurement of most sites usually requires one technician and most sites are measured within half an hour, of course, this depends on the project size. Our technicians are equipped with laser and manual measurement tools to ensure precision. 

All job site data is gathered, entered into our proprietary software, and communicated to our operations department. The job site is analyzed, and all findings are shared with you. Measurement information is uploaded into our software to calculate the glass sizes, cut sheets, and necessary hardware attachments to complete the installation. Within one business day, all the designs, final prices, and drawings are shared with you for final approval. 

Once you approve your final design, we will begin fabricating or procuring your order. The typical lead time for products fabricated by Dulles Glass is 3-5 days. We manufacture and stock all the hardware needed for most projects. Custom hardware or specialty orders may have longer lead times. We will schedule the installation of your project based on the needed lead times.

Once your customized glass product is ready for installation, our team will contact you to schedule the installation at your convenience. Installation crews' typical arrival time is a 30-60-minute window of promised time. Most installations are completed in 2-3 hours. Our installation crew will arrive at the designated site with the product, equipped with specific glass trucks designed for safe transportation. Rest assured, our team is committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient installation process for your peace of mind.

When having a glass shower installed, expect a seamless and courteous experience from start to finish. Our installers prioritize cleanliness and professionalism, wearing booties and laying cloth pathways to prepare the area and ensuring a thorough clean up afterward. Rest assured, all technicians dispatched undergo background and health checks and are equipped with proper PPE and covered shoes for safety. After installation, they'll provide after-sales care and explanation, advising a 24-hour wait before using the shower for the silicone to dry. Expect timely communication, with appointment times emailed in advance and a confirmation call or arrival within 30 to 60 minutes on the scheduled day.

Once you've approved the final quote, your order proceeds to fabrication, and cancellation isn't possible at that stage. However, you can cancel your order at any time before granting final approval.

Glass is transported to the installation site using specialized glass trucks equipped with glass tracks for safe handling and transportation. Depending on the size of the project, two or more installer technicians accompany the material, ensuring efficient and secure delivery.
