We require a 50% deposit of the total estimated cost which can be paid on the quote link you will receive. If you change your mind for any reason before final approval, you can trust that your deposit will remain completely refundable. Once we receive your deposit, our team will contact you to schedule a technician visit to measure your project site within 1-3 business days. 

All tile work must be completed before the measuring process can begin. Once the space is ready and an appointment time is confirmed, you can expect a call from our technicians 30 minutes before the arrival time. Measurement of most sites usually requires one technician and most sites are measured within half an hour, of course, this depends on the project size. Our technicians are equipped with laser and manual measurement tools to ensure precision. 

All job site data is gathered and entered into our proprietary software and communicated to our operations department. The job site is analyzed and all findings are shared with you. Measurement information is entered into the software to calculate the glass sizes, cut sheets, and necessary hardware attachments to complete the installation. Within one business day, you'll receive all designs, final pricing details, and drawings for your review and final approval.

Once you approve your final design, we will begin fabrication and/or procuring your order. Our standard lead times for product fabrication range from 3 to 5 days. We maintain comprehensive hardware inventory for most projects, ensuring efficient manufacturing and prompt delivery. Please note that custom hardware or specialty orders may require extended lead times. Rest assured, we'll coordinate the installation of your project based on these timelines.

Once your customized glass product is ready for installation, our team will reach out to schedule the installation at your convenience. Our company crews' typical arrival time is a 30-60 minute window of promised time. Most installations are completed in 2-3 hours. Our company crew will arrive at your door at the designated site with the product, equipped with specific glass trucks designed for safe transportation. Rest assured, our team is committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient installation process for your peace of mind.
