Once you receive your estimated quote and agree to all terms and conditions, we require a 50% deposit of the total estimated cost. When you are ready to proceed, you can pay through the interactive proposal that we will be providing. Please note that this deposit is fully refundable. If your design and cost change after your measurement appointment, or for whatever reason you decide to not move forward, your deposit is fully refundable before the final quote is approved. Once we receive your deposit, we will schedule a technician visit to measure your home or project site within 1-3 business days.

All tile work must be completed before we can measure for glass. Once the space is ready and an appointment time is confirmed, measurement technicians normally arrive within 30 minutes of the promised time and call 30 minutes before arrival. Measurement of most sites usually requires one technician and most sites are measured within half an hour, of course, this depends on the project size. Our technicians are equipped with laser and manual measurement tools to ensure precision.

Measurement information goes into our software to calculate the glass sizes, cut sheets, and necessary hardware attachments to complete the installation. All the data gathered are sent to our operations department. You can expect an update within one business day for all the designs, final prices, and drawings for your final approval. 

Once you approve your final design, we will proceed to create and/or procure your order according to your desired shape, fit, finish, and specifications. Our typical lead time for the products we fabricate is 3-5 days, we manufacture and stock all the metal hardware inventory needed for most projects. Please note that custom metal hardware or specialty orders may have longer lead times. Based on the needed lead times we will schedule the installation of your project. 

Once your customized order is ready for installation, our team will reach out to schedule the installation at your convenience. Installation crews' typical arrival time is a 30-60 minute promised time window. Our installation crew will arrive at the designated site with the product, equipped with specific glass trucks designed for safe transportation. Most installations are completed within 2-3 hours. Rest assured, our team is committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient installation process for your peace of mind.

When having a shower enclosure installed, you can expect a seamless and courteous experience from start to finish. Our installers prioritize cleanliness and professionalism, equipped with booties and laying cloth pathways to prepare the area and ensure a thorough clean up afterward. Rest assured, all technicians dispatched undergo background and health checks, in addition to being equipped with proper PPE for safety. After installation, they will explain after-sales care, advising you to wait 24 hours before using your new shower enclosure to let the silicone dry. You will receive an email and a confirmation call in advance for the appointment time. Our installation crew typically arrives at the job site within 30 to 60 minutes on the scheduled day.

Cancellation is only possible before granting the final approval. Once you give final approval for your custom glass order, we proceed to fabrication, and cancellation is no longer available at this stage.

Glass and hardware are transported to the installation site using specialized glass trucks equipped with metal tracks for safe handling and transportation. Depending on the size of the project, two or more installer technicians accompany the material, ensuring an efficient and secure delivery.
