Dulles Glass is looking for a is looking for a highly motivated and detail oriented individual to join our family as a Glass Technician Lead. Successful candidates will need an eagerness to learn, as extensive in house paid training will be provided to help you grow and jump start a great career. You will be responsible for installation of glass objects such as windows, doors, displays, storefronts, showers, among other things. They will be responsible for securing the glass using various tools and ensuring that the installation is secure. They will also at times be the first and only interaction a customer has with Dulles Glass. Shifts are either 4 days x 10 hours/day or 5 days x 8 hours/ day, with ability to work overtime.

• Wearing a proper Dulles Glass uniform before interacting with customers.
• Reporting and being able to leave the shop by 6am.
• Daily hardware preparations for projects to ensure no hassle in the mornings. Also, returning hardware not used to the shop.
• Wear any and all safety equipment throughout installation jobs.
• Customer service and satisfaction should always be the first priority when arriving at job sites and completing the installation.
• Complete any and all paperwork associated with the installation project(s) including pictures when necessary.
• Report any issues with a project to the installation manager.
• Making sure all assigned jobs are completed in a timely manner and meet company standards. 
• Fueling company vehicles at Wi-Stop every other day.
• Loading and unloading glass 
• Responsible for upkeep, organization, and maintenance of assigned company vehicles
• Responsible for helper -Glass Tech Apprentice- attendance and any mistakes they make.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, and up to 150 pounds assisted
• PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Must be worn at all times in designated areas
• Work well in team environments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced high demand environment
• Strong problem-solving and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
• Ability to read a tape measure to a 16th of an inch
• Prior experience in the glass industry is a plus, but not required (paid training will be provided)
• Authorized to work in the US
• Undergo background check
• A valid driver’s license with a GOOD DRIVING RECORD IS REQUIRED. Company vehicle provided - All of our associates are always paid for company driving time!
